1.) Mon, Wed: 7:00pm, Sat: 8:30am 

2.) Tues, Th: 7:00pm, Sat: 10:00am 

What Will You Work On:

  • Speed - Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement
  • Explosive Power -Plyometrics, Balance, Medicine Ball, Jumping
  • Strength - Functional, Full-Body, Instructional
  • Conditioning
  • Injury Reduction - Balance, Stabilization, Proper Form
